How do I attend and register?

RSVP on this site and just show up.

Who is this event for?

It is open to everyone to enjoys the outdoors. All level of cyclists are welcome to attend and non-cyclists will have a good time as well.

Is there a cost?

You can donate perceived value on this site.

Where does my donation go?

Donations are used to offset direct event costs including live music, catered meals, shuttles, restrooms, beverages, and supplies. Any excess donations will go towards next years event.

Is this a race?

This event is about having fun. There may be some casual strata competitions but the spirit is to have fun together in the outdoors.

Can I invite my friends?

Yes, send them the RSVP link.

Where does the event occur?

The hub will be the Hey Old Friend homes across from Hillmans and next to Whaleys.

What if my registration changes?

Users are able to update their RSVP, so please keep that up to date.

What food will be available?

Friday dinner can be purchased on Foothills Watershed. Saturday breakfast casserole will be provided and Seeker Coffee offers various baked goods. Saturday lunch is on your own and food trucks are available onsite Saturday night. Sunday morning will likely be leftover breakfast casserole.

Will there be restrooms and showers?

There will be a restroom trailer the includes lights, and a washing station with running water and soap. Showers are available in the outdoor shower at Bubbles.

Is drinking water available for campers?

There will be hose bibs at each house.

Will there be electricity for campers?

There are various exterior outlets at each of our houses.

Are there other activities besides cycling?

Attendees are free to enjoy hiking, waterfalls, coffee shops, breweries, art galleries, yoga, and many other local attractions within walking distance or a short drive.

What happens if it rains?

We plan to have event rain or shine and will accommodate as needed.

Is there parking available?

Onsite parking and overflow parking is available in the peninsula between Hillmans and Hey Old Friend.

Can I volunteer for the event?
